Photography has been a passion of mine since I was a young kid in high school. Thru the years I've had the good fortune to travel around the planet and witness some incredible sights. Some of those you will see here. I hope you enjoy looking at them as much as I did photographing them. Thanks for coming, enjoy your visit.
I bought my first professional camera, a Nikon F2, while I was stationed in Germany with the Air Force in 1975. Today I shoot with the newer digital models, the Nikon D800E and D300s. I studied photography at one of this country's best photography schools, Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California. After working in television for more than twenty years both as a videographer and reporter I moved to Florida to begin a new career and focus once again on still photography. Today I reside in northern Michigan and have returned to custom portrait work as well as landscapes and wildlife photography. See my new portrait gallery.
